Somatic Breathwork is a powerful practice designed to calm the nervous system, release built-up stress, and reconnect the mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in trauma-informed care, this practice offers a safe space for participants of all backgrounds and experiences to breathe deeply, reset, and restore.
During each guided session, participants will be led through intentional breathing patterns that support emotional release, mental clarity, and physical relaxation. As tension lifts, many describe feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered in themselves and their faith journey. This session is for anyone longing for peace in a busy world—whether you are carrying the weight of stress, seeking healing from past experiences, or simply desiring to grow in connection with your body and spirit. Come as you are. Leave renewed.
Each session is designed to leave you feeling renewed. However, attending the six-session series is recommended to experience the greatest benefit.
Individual tickets are available for each date. However, if you would like to attend all six sessions a discounted package rate is available, which is equivalent to getting one session for free. For more details, please refer to the ticketing section below.
